By booking and taking part in an Emma Ashdown Photography Session you agree to the following photoshoot Terms and Conditions.

DELIVERY:

• The photographer will endeavour to deliver digital negative files as quickly as possible. However, this could take up to 2-4 weeks during busy periods.
• Delivery for prints, albums or any other additional orders may vary and will be advised at time of booking/when final images have been delivered.

COPYRIGHT:

• Emma Ashdown Photography reserves the right in all cases to use any pictures for the purposes of social media and website portfolio. For advertising or publication usage Emma Ashdown Photography will always gain written permission from the client.
• Emma Ashdown Photography retains copyright for all images taken on any photoshoot, except for pre-agreed commercial shoots. Images are sold on a personal use license; this includes those digitally.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable. They are valid for 12 months from purchase. It is the client’s responsibility to book a date within that 12 month period, taking into account the possibility of rescheduling due to weather.
• Rescheduling or lack of an available date is not grounds for a refund. In the unlikely event that I, The Photographer must reschedule, I will email further dates (even if outside of the 12-month valid period) to ensure the photoshoot is completed.
• The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.

PAYMENT:

• All photography sessions must be paid for in full prior to the agreed session date.
• Methods of Payment: Payment can be made by cash or BACS.
• Gift vouchers must be paid for at the time of purchase.

PRICING:

• The prices listed are in (GBP) Pound Sterling and include taxes. All prices are correct at time of publishing.

PRINTS:

• All orders for albums, prints, products and enlargements must be paid for either at time of booking (if package with album has been chosen) or at the time of ordering.
• Up to 2 changes may be made to the album design at no extra cost. Any further changes will be charged at the

REFUNDS:

• Photoshoots are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a complaint being made, a full review of the photoshoot will take place.
• Gift Vouchers: Are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from purchase. The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only the original voucher is accepted. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers.

RESCHEDULING:

• Once agreed upon a final session date, you may reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your shoot if required.
• If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the photoshoot from taking place, another date will be arranged.
• Sickness: I understand that children can be unpredictable and fall ill at any time. In the event of sickness prior to the session, the Client agrees to make every possible effort to notify Emma Ashdown Photography no later than 4 hours prior to the start time of the photography session. The session can be transferred to a new date which will be at the convenience of both parties within a maximum 2-month period.

STORAGE:

• After 12 months from your session date Emma Ashdown Photography will no longer be responsible for storing your image files.

TRAVEL:

• The travel cost within a radius of 25 miles from Thrapston, Northamptonshire is included in all price packages. Additional distances (more than 25 miles from Thrapston, Northamptonshire) will incur a surcharge.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

• Client expressly releases the photographer from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence.

MISC:

• Although the photographer shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of her duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record, the photographer will only be responsible for the return of all the money paid to date, although every effort will be made to re-take the photographs.
